Processing of claims
As the ultima ratio (last reckoning), we have a consequential loss third-party liability insurance policy with Allianz Versicherungs AG in Cologne for pecuniary losses which can clearly be attributed to translation errors. Our insurance will compensate for damages up to an amount of € 200,000.00.
In addition, we have an appropriate third-party liability insurance policy with Iduna Versicherung in Dortmund against the loss of the customer's documents as a result of theft, fire, water, storm, errors with the postal transfer, etc. We guarantee to maintain the two insurance policies mentioned above.
